Beach Theme Wedding Ideas

Beach Favors
& Accessories

Beach Theme Wedding Ideas Most of us would LOVE to be able to spend our wedding day at some far off location, sipping margaritas in a tropical paradise.

The only problem is that this isn't always possible..

So if you can't get there yourself, why not bring the beach to you?

Here are some tropical theme wedding ideas to help make it fantastic

Before you spend hours searching for beach themed supplies online, check out 4FunParties.com. They have some great stuff!

Color Schemes

For a tropical look, try to use the color of sand as much as possible.
You can acheive a "sandy" look by using beige, yellows and tans as your main colors.

Then use bright and vibrant colors as your accents to really make them pop!

Invitations

Cut your invitations into beach themed shapes, such as sandals, sand castles, flip flops, beach balls and umbrellas.

Sprinkle a little bit of sand into the envelope or invitation card to give it a "straight from the beach" feel.

Send out a message in a bottle as your invitation.
They're easy to make, all you need is a small empty bottle, and a rolled up peice of paper.

Give personalized sunglasses to all your guests as souvenirs.

Turn your bar into a grass hut by giving it a roof, and then attaching grass or straw to cover it.

Cut some sea life decorations out of construction paper and tack them to the walls.

Put bright colored flip flop sandals side by side, and attach them to the walls.

Get (or make) some coconut trees, and put them around the room. - Wrap Christmas lights around the branches or down the trunk for an added glow.

Make your own seashell chimes by stringing shells on long strings, and hanging them from the ceiling.

Find some sea shell stickers at your local craft store, and stick them to dishes, glasses and decorations.
