Buying your favors in bulk can save you alot of money.

Online seems to be the best place to do this, as there are more options available.

One of the best online places I've found is . I definately recommend starting there.

The only problem is that the Ebay community might be limited in having what your looking for. In this case, there are also alot of really great online retailers that specialize in wedding favors.

Many of them give great discounts on bulk orders.
