* Visit bridal shows. Go to as many local bridal shows as possible to find and build relationships with local merchants. Write down any questions you may have in advance and so that you can ask them without forgetting anything.

* Assign special tasks to different friends and family members. This will not only save you time and money, but it will also help them to feel more included in making your big day possible. Some easy time savers they can help with could be: Invitations, centerpieces, favors, decorations and DJing.
