Homemade Wedding Favors

Personalized Coasters

What you will need:

* Plain glass coasters you can buy at your local dollar store
* A good photo
* A hot glue gun
* A photo printer
* Some 1 inch wide ribbon

Step 1
Print your picture out on photo paper. Size it out so that it fits nicely onto the center of your coaster, leaving between 1/2 inch and 1 inch of the coaster bare on the outside edges, to act as a boarder around the picture.

Step 2
Using a minimal amount of glue, stick your picture in place.

Step 3
Cut your ribbon, and wrap it around your coaster, tying the ends into a bow beside the picture.

Sea Shell Places

Make sea shell place card holders with just a few easy steps.

What you will need:

* Sea shells - Get these from a local craft store
* A hot glue gun
* Place cards - Make sure that these aren't too big in relation to your shells. Otherwise the shells wont be able to hold them upright.

Step 1
Place your shells on a table, making sure they wont wobble. They need to be able to stand up on their own, and not fall over or roll away.

Step 2
Put a dab of hot glue on the top of you shell, and glue the bottom of your place card to it.
Let it dry.

Personalized Stoppers

Attach small figures or characters to the top a cork with hot glue. Let it sit to dry, and you now have a personalized cork screw.

Chocolate Place Cards

Using decorative paper to match your theme, print out some labels with the names of your guests on them, then wrap them around your favorite chocolate bars.

Attach some ribbon to finish the look.

Customized CDs

Pull together a collection of your favorite songs and burn it onto cd.

For an added touch, print out a picture of the two of you and put it in the cover.

Fan Favors

Print your program onto a decorative piece of paper and fold it up into a fan. Use decals, tassels and gems to add some sparkle!

Personalized Picture Frame

What you will need:

* Cheap, plain picture frames
* Decorative stickers
* Glitter
* Gemstones or sequins
* Hot glue gun

Using your hot glue gun, stick all of your decorative items to your frames. Dress them up to suit your wedding colors.

Put a photo of the bride and groom in the frame, or a card with the guest's name on it.

Growing Love

Buy some of your favorite flower seeds or flower bulbs and wrap them in tulle. Then tie a ribbon around the neck to seal it, and have a tag on it that reads "Watch Our Love Grow".

Your guests can then take them home and plant them as a reminder of your wedding day.

Bamboo Frame

* Buy some sticks of bamboo, and a cheap frame.

* Cut each end to fit the frame on a 45 degree angle.

* Using a hot glue gun, together the sticks of bamboo and glue them to the edges of your frame.
