Turn your bar into a grass hut by giving it a roof, and then attaching grass, hay or straw to cover it. Find tall miniature statues shaped like tiki's, flamingos and torches. Put surfboards up on the walls. (borrow real ones or use inexpensive styrofoam boards)
Favors Flower leis. Shell necklaces. You can usually buy these cheap, or you can make them yourself by punching holes through small sea shells and stringing them up into a necklace. Buy some small glass tea light candle holders, and cut a wick to fit inside each one (just long enough for the top of the wick to reach the same height as rim of the glass).
