Start some commonly used herbs like mint, oregano and basil, this way your guests will be enjoying there favars for months or years to come. I also plan to plant them in coconut husk pots so when it's time to transfer they just plunk the whole thing in a fresh pot since the pot is biodegradable!
I hate things that are useless :) and lets face it it doesn't need to be expensive to be fabulous!
